The ever reliable Arseblog has reported that Hector Bellerin is set to sign a new deal with the club.
The Spaniard has been one of the Gunner’s most consistent players since he broke into the starting eleven. The player has three years left on his contract which he signed in 2015, however the new deal is likely to see the player earn substantially more money and it will hopefully see off the likes of Manchester City and Barcelona, who have been looking to sign the player for quite some time.
Hector has sixty six appearances for the North London club since moving to Arsenal in the summer of 2013 and has established himself as one of Arsenal’s star players. It was reported that Pep Guardiola did make an approach for player in the summer, however he was quickly told he wasn’t for sale at any cost.
This leaves Arsenal with just Ozil and Alexis’s contracts to sort out, both of whom only have a few years left on their deals.
